About Munch Store and these terms
Munch Store is the independent retailer operating this website. These terms apply when you place an order through Munch Store. Brand names are used to identify where an offer may be redeemed and do not imply that Munch Store is sponsored by, endorsed by or partnered with those brands.
The website, checkout record and order confirmation together form the information supplied about your purchase. If product-specific terms conflict with general wording here, the product-specific eligibility and redemption terms take priority for that offer.
Products, eligibility and availability
Munch Store sells digital items and assisted-order services. A digital item may include a code, voucher, entitlement, instruction set or other redemption information. Product pages show the price, stated value, expected delivery time and key conditions available before purchase.
You are responsible for checking location, account, minimum-spend, new-customer, expiry and other eligibility requirements. An order may be declined or refunded if stock is unavailable, the price is clearly incorrect or security checks cannot be completed.
Orders, prices and payment
Adding a standalone item to your bag does not reserve it. An assisted food request is created when you submit all seven steps; submission itself does not take payment. A Munch Seller reviews the basket and proposes a final amount, and you must accept that amount before a payment route becomes available.
Enabled payment methods and any method-specific fee or discount are shown on the order payment screen. Those adjustments are controlled in Munch Control and can change for future orders. The amount accepted for an existing order is saved as a financial snapshot and is not silently changed by a later pricing rule.
Payments may be processed by PayPal, SumUp or GoCardless where enabled. Their terms and privacy information also apply. Munch Store does not receive your complete card number or online-banking credentials, and the browser or a seller cannot mark an order Paid; server-side provider confirmation is required.
Standalone digital items
Where Munch Store sells a standalone digital deal, delivery information is sent to the account or email confirmed at checkout. You must check the displayed eligibility and redemption terms. Delivery estimates are not guarantees where a provider outage, security review or other event outside reasonable control causes delay.
By requesting immediate supply at checkout, you acknowledge that the statutory cancellation right for digital content may be lost once supply has begun, while rights relating to faulty or misdescribed content remain.
Assisted food orders
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a seller will accept it. You choose an order method and offer, provide the basket and delivery details, and upload at least two screenshots. Eligible sellers may be matched using availability, supported service and offer, card-method capability, capacity, workload and reliability.
Your order workspace shows Finding Seller, Seller Assigned, Price Confirmation, Awaiting Payment, Paid, Processing and Completed as applicable. If a seller declines or times out, the system may rematch without making you submit again. Do not include passwords, full card details, bank logins or security codes in an upload or chat.
Using a deal
Digital items are for lawful personal use unless a product says otherwise. You must not resell, duplicate, alter, publish or attempt to redeem the same entitlement more than permitted. Munch Store may investigate and cancel suspected misuse.
Support, cancellation and refunds
Use the support or escalation route attached to the relevant order wherever possible. Cancellation can be limited after payment or processing starts. Refunds and restored Munch Credit are recorded through payment and credit ledgers rather than by editing a displayed balance.
If an item is faulty or not as described, follow the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Changes and governing law
The terms applying to an order are those displayed when it is placed. Updated terms may apply to future orders. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory protection available where you live.
